Conditions set out the rules for using the Store,<\/span> placing orders for Physical Products (books) and Digital Products (audio files,<\/span> PDF),<\/span> paying the price,<\/span> delivery,<\/span> as well as the right to withdraw from the contract and the rules for submitting complaints.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n Customer<\/b> \u2013 a natural person,<\/span> legal person or organisational unit making purchases in the Store.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Consumer<\/b> \u2013 a natural person performing a legal act with an entrepreneur that is not directly connected with their business or professional activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Physical Product<\/b> \u2013 a movable item available in the Store (e.g.<\/span> a printed book),<\/span> which is the subject of the Sales Contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Digital Product<\/b> \u2013 digital content not saved on a tangible medium (e.g.<\/span> PDF files,<\/span> e-books,<\/span> audio recordings in mp3\/mp4 format),<\/span> which are the subject of the Contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Store<\/b> \u2013 the website available at lisontheway.<\/span>com.<\/span>pl.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n The following are required in order to use the Store and to play Digital Products:<\/span><\/p>\n An end device (computer,<\/span> tablet,<\/span> smartphone) with access to the Internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n An active web browser (e.g.<\/span> Chrome,<\/span> Firefox,<\/span> Safari).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n An active e-mail account \u2013 required to receive the order confirmation and the links to the Digital Products.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n A PDF reader (e.g.<\/span> Adobe Acrobat Reader) and software for playing audio\/video files.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n The Customer may place orders in the Store 24 hours a day,<\/span> 7 days a week.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Placing an order consists of adding the selected Products to the virtual Basket,<\/span> filling in the order form (providing address and contact details),<\/span> choosing the delivery and payment method and clicking the button confirming the purchase (e.g.<\/span> \u201eI buy and pay\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation of the conclusion of the sales contract at the e-mail address provided.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Orders for Physical Products are processed once the payment has been credited to the Seller\u2019s account and take from <\/span>6<\/b> working days.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Orders for Digital Products are processed immediately (usually within a few to several minutes) after the payment is confirmed,<\/span> by sending a link to download the file to the Customer\u2019s e-mail address.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n All prices given in the Store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (they include VAT).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n The binding price is the price shown next to the Product at the moment the order is placed.<\/span> This price does not include delivery costs (in the case of Physical Products),<\/span> which are added at the Basket stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Seller offers the following payment methods:<\/span><\/p>\n Electronic payments (e.g.<\/span> BLIK,<\/span> instant transfer) and payment cards.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Traditional bank transfer to the Seller\u2019s bank account.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n Applies to Physical Products (books):<\/b><\/p>\n The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of taking possession of the item,<\/span> without giving any reason.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by e-mail (kontakt@lisontheway.<\/span>com.<\/span>pl) before the 14-day deadline expires.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Seller shall refund all payments made by the Consumer (including the costs of delivering the item to the Consumer,<\/span> with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Consumer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Store).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n Applies to Digital Products (audio, PDF):<\/b> 5.<\/span> The right to withdraw from the contract <\/span>does not apply to<\/b> the Consumer in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content,<\/span> which is not saved on a tangible medium,<\/span> if performance has begun with the Consumer\u2019s express consent before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract and after the Seller has informed them of the loss of the right of withdrawal.<\/span> (Note: in the store system, e.g. WooCommerce, it is worth adding a checkbox with such consent when purchasing digital files).<\/i><\/p>\n The Seller is obliged to deliver a Product that conforms to the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n If a defect of the Product (physical or digital) is found,<\/span> the Customer is entitled to the rights set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address:<\/span>
